Storyboard 10×20 Examples
November 25th, 2008

I’ve had a few clients who recently asked for some storyboard examples.  So here they are!

Storyboards (also called a 10×20 collage) make great gifts.  Every storyboard is custom-created for you!  You choose the photos you’d like displayed — either 3 vertical photos, 2 vertical and 1 horizontal, or 3 vertical and 1 horizontal.

These storyboards are printed on the coolest professional paper around that will last you generations to come (seriously!)  And they are framed with a classic black wood gallery frame.  For pricing or to learn about other products, go to my Products webpage.  Email me if you have questions or want to order!  Thanks!

A storyboard with 1 horizontal photo…

A storyboard with 3 vertical photos…  This is great to show a series, like this little girl throwing leaves up in the air!

This is the most number of photos you can have in a 10×20 storyboard…

I love these, Annie! Well done! What a fabulous idea — we’ll have to book a session when we’re in the Bay Area next!

hugs,
Mia

To clients who are considering a 10×20 storyboard: When choosing your photos, you are limited to choosing only ONE horizontal (landscape) photo. The rest need to be vertical (portrait). Thanks! These storyboards look terrific on the walls and make excellent gifts! Just email me if you are interested. -Annie

First of all, awesome article! I’ve got a small question nagging me, I really love the theme of your blog and tried to download the same theme on my WP website. Anyhow, there is some kind of weird php error in the footer. Do you have any tips, what version are you using? Please PM me on Twitter @CokeCooky or via e-mail.

Thanks, TT!

And Rob, you won’t find this blog template on the Word Press website. Only the general infrastructure was taken from WP and the rest were customized for what I wanted/needed. I’m glad you like it though! I love it!

I haven’t visited your blog in ages, but really enjoyed this post! Makes a welcome change from the usual stuff I’ve been RSS’ing lately. Can I ask where you got the idea to write about this?

Annie | May 19th, 2010 at 2:28 pm

Hi Alise,

I write about whatever comes to mind: my kids, photography products, neat things I see or find, and of course my favorites from client shoots. And by “favorites”, I don’t mean “the best” images. I mean the most interesting or the ones I want to talk about! I sometimes don’t share the truly coolest images on my blog because I want my clients to be surprised when they see their gallery for the first time! I love wow-ing my clients! :)

Thanks for the feedback, Alise! I like hearing what my readers like to read.

Nice photographs. I really like the first one. I have a D300 and I can’t take pics like that ;)

Almost all of the things you point out happens to be astonishingly appropriate and that makes me ponder the reason why I hadn’t looked at this in this light previously. This particular piece truly did turn the light on for me personally as far as this particular topic goes. Nevertheless there is actually one factor I am not really too comfy with so while I try to reconcile that with the core theme of your point, permit me observe just what the rest of your subscribers have to say.Well done.
