Little Miss Molly

Molly, at 18 months, likes to laugh and run!  Boy is she fast!  We were all tuckered out from chasing her.
The last time I saw her, she was just a baby.  She could sit up, but not stand yet, unless she held onto something.  (I didn’t have a blog yet, so I can’t [...]

The City By The Bay

I went back to my old stomping grounds yesterday… The city by the bay.  No matter how long I’ve been away, San Francisco always feels like home.
Here are some photos from the day…

This may look serene and beautiful, but it was like the birds in that Hitchcock movie!

There are [...]

Super Franks Photoshoot

Super Franks Photoshoot Part 1:  The facility
Super Franks is a children’s entertainment center that is like no other place I’ve been to!  They have lots of different play rooms for kids, various themed party rooms, and tons of games… but what makes this place unique is that there is GOOD FOOD, Starbucks, free WiFi, and [...]

Photo in Stanford Medical Center Report

David Fetterman, PhD, is one of my clients and he recently published an article in Stanford’s Medical Center Report about his son who required surgery for a potentially life-threatening condition called pyloric stenosis.  It is a moving story that brought tears to my eyes.
Maybe it was especially moving to me because I feel like I [...]

Simple & Intimate with Portia

The theme of today’s photoshoot was:  Simple and Intimate.
At their house, Portia (15 months) and her parents played the piano, blew “zerberts” on bellies, wrestled on the bed, and laid around for some quiet time.
One of the advantages of having the photoshoot inside their house was that we could escape the bitter cold weather, which [...]

My Girl is Four

I’m not sure how it happened, but my girl turned 4 this week!
Part of me wants to rejoice in her newfound independence and preschooler status.  Another part of me wants to cry because she’s my firstborn, my baby.  And she’s 4!
Instead of a big party this year, Melia had several smaller “celebrations”!
The day BEFORE [...]

Sarah

Sarah is 17 and will be a Senior in High School this Fall!  She has a sweet smile and was so fun to work with!
Here are some of my favorites from yesterday’s photoshoot…

I had Sarah sit on the table and I focused on her sneakers, which I thought were super cute!
In this photo, the mood [...]

The Fetterman’s

Doing a photoshoot of former clients is like seeing old friends.  Today I got to see some old friends… The Fetterman’s.
You may recognize some of these nice people if you’ve been following my blog.  (Click here to see their last photoshoot.)
I did a separate shoot for Sarah, so stay tuned for her Sneak Peek post [...]
