Standout Mounts
July 30th, 2009

I found the best company for Standouts!  They use a black plastic edge, so they are more durable and have a more finished quality than other standouts I’ve seen.  I’m very excited to introduce this product to my clients!

Standouts are prints mounted on a thick lightweight board with a black hard plastic edge.  The old method of mounting prints was using foam core, but the sides of the mount would look cheap since it was made of foam.

A Standout is like a modern version of a gallery-wrapped canvas — and a less expensive alternative.   I have both in my house and love them for different reasons.

More Facts

* Standouts are ready-to-hang with hanging holes in the backside.

* Standouts are 3/4″ in depth.

* From time of ordering, Standouts will take approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

I offer Standouts ranging from 8×10s to 24×30, and they start at $80, which is a small fraction of the cost of gallery wraps!  Click here to go to my website’s pricing page.

This particular 16×20 Standout (image I call “Yin and Yang”) will be displayed at Amador Valley Chiropractic office in Pleasanton.  Come check it out!

Mountains of Thanks for the Stand out of the twins. Absolutely Magnificent. I hung it as soon as I had a break from clinic. Just in time for the last four patients to see it..two of whom commented on the beauty of the picture. I was asked if I took the photo, and although tempted to say that I did take the picture and that Annie Tao was my photographic alter-ego, I did give you full credit. Thanks again for the magnificent work.

[...] Who needs a formal family shot anyway?!!  Okay, okay, I jest.  Pretty much we all like having a nice formal shot.  But isn’t this photo hilarious?!!  I would print this one on Metallic paper and have it framed, or have it on a Standout Mount! [...]
